In my opinion the schools are ranked like this:
1. Weihenstephan - font of all brewing knowledge. Oldest in the world.
2. Sielbel - Deadly serious commercial brewing education.
3. UC - Davis
UCD will probably be the most cost-effective for residents of California (and maybe the US).
