Many people die from drunk driving, lung failure, and other effect of acoholic beverages. And I think acoholic beverages are much worst than cocaine. Why is it that cocaine are banned while acoholic beverages are legal.

Cocaine is a lot more powerful and euphoric which makes it much more addictive. People do not generally have a few snorts of cocaine and go home, or spend a few hours getting high and stop. The addiction is so powerful, people will spend all their money and keep using it (day and night). It will take over your life in a hurry. It will ruin you financially, affect your mind, emotions, and sanity. It is not a drug that should ever be legalized. You can make an argument for weed, that’s fine but no way cocaine. I have been on it for a few periods of my life and all I can say is it got the best of me every time. Financially is the worse because of the cost, and the obsession to keep using. I have drank for several years and that never really got me anything like coke did. There is no comparison!

When you are thinking about something like the debate about marajuana being legal or not as opposed to alcohol it has a point, but with cocaine there is no comparison. Cocaine is illegal because unlike alcohol, you get addicted after just a couple times of using. I guess alcohol is more socially exceptable, and it takes a lot of drinking to get alcohol poisoning, were as its pretty easy to OD on cocaine. Though alcoholism is a huge problem in the world, cocaine addiction comes faster, and is extremely destructive.

Coke is one thing: beneficial. Don’t listen to all these losers saying alcohol is less dangerous. Blow makes you a more alert and paranoid driver, booze makes you a killer behind the wheel. Drunks are sloppy and annoying, cokeheads just talk a lot. I bet you back in the day when they made the law some stupid drunks wife banged someone who was dancing with the devils dandruff and got pissed and made it illegal. You can’t be a vegetarian that wears leather, either everything is wrong or make it all legal.

If you’d been realistic and asked about cannabis compared with alcohol…that’s a harder argument as to which should be legal…
In any case, even if cocaine were legal, it’s hardly going to be big on many peoples choice of recreational entertainment…whereas alcohol makes piles of cash in taxation alone, hence the reason it’s here to stay.

cocaine is way worse than alcohol. Yes alcohol can kill you over a period of time when used in excess, but you can die in one night on cocaine. If you do to much, or if it is a bad batch.
